Car pool meet up available at Safeway parking lot on 33rd Street West at 9:00 am

10:00am - arrive and settle in at the Inspiration Hall

10:30 - Medicine Wheel 

Opening to the Four Directions

11:00 - Inspiration Hall

Welcome orientation to the property and its amenities 
with Michael Stodola

11:15 - 12:15 - Free Time to Explore 

Walk the trails, visit and shop at Able Crystals (on site), enjoy an activity or meditation on your own or with a friend in the Inspiration Hall, enjoy tea & light snacks provided, read from a selection of books, write in your journal, or explore one of the many decks of cards on hand.

12:15 - Regroup at Inspiration Hall

12:30 - Sharing Circle and Brown Bag Lunch Time  

** We thank you for taking excellent care of yourself by bringing your own most suitable nourishment for the lunch meal. 

Please note the following:
Tea and light snacks will be provided.
There is a kitchenette in the hall which includes a sink, kettle,coffee maker, cups, and glasses.

Please supply your own plates or dishes, napkins, cutlery, etc. There is no microwave. We have a cooler with bottled water and soft drinks for sale. There is usually space available in the cooler for your own food items.

Introduction to the Labyrinth and presentation of an alternate way to walk the labyrinth.

2:30 - 4:00 Labyrinth & Inspiration Hall

This time will be dedicated to walking the labyrinth (with time to journal about the experience for those who wish) learning more about dowsing and pendulums through practice and exploration indoors with Beata.

4:15 - 5:00 Inspiration Hall

Rhythm Play!
This is your chance to enjoy a facilitated drum circle experience and group sound healing led by Jade to help process and integrate the day's learnings.

Instruments will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own if you have.
No previous experience is required.
